PRIVATE ROOMS AND BATHS- COMMON KITCHEN AND LIVING
Each lodge building consists of 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a laundry with a washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet, a bathroom, and a private entrance. The kitchen is in the middle of the building with 2 bedrooms on the left and 2 on the right. The kitchen is accessible from each adjacent bedroom and also has a separate entrance on the deck.
About Us
Yorktown Extended Stay is one of two extended stay facilities near Yorktown, TX along Hwy 72. The two facilities are side-by-side and share a common driveway. The Yorktown Extended Stay consists of 4 houses (16 bedrooms) arranged such that 2 houses each share a common deck.
The Lodge
Yorktown Extended Stay consists of a sixteen-bed complex made up of four individual houses, which are high-quality manufactured homes with four bedrooms, a common area, two hot water heaters and central heat and air.
WHAT WE DO
All homes have large bedrooms, full-size upgraded walk-in showers and large walk-in closets. There is large screen tv and cable in every bedroom with two hot water heaters per unit, and central heat & air. Common areas have full kitchen with full-size appliances, and offer free washer & dryer to patrons. There is a dining space and seating to accommodate four. Note that these homes have substantial upgrades in terms of construction.
